EISERNERS KREUZ 1 L59 marked twice? opinions

never seen a class one marked twice any thoughts on this iron cross l59 marked on stem also?

I may be wrong but, I'm not liking the shape of the pin.

I’m also somewhat concerned about this cross. Rettenmaier used quite a lot of different pin setups on their EK1, but this flute-pin setup looks different from what I have seen before. The L59 mark is also suspicious.
