If the EK I, ( the one with the pin on the back) is stamped "6" on the pin, that would indicate the maker as Fritz Zimmerman I believe.
It appears to be authentic to me. If I am not mistaken, the EK II appears to be authentic as well. There are many other members here that will be happy to tell you for sure.
If you know where to look, they are readily available.

Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
Both crosses are original and they are a very common award to find. Particular makers or variants might be hard to track down but the award in general is a very easy one to obtain.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
