Eisernes Kreuz 1 Klasse

I am guessing this is a fake EK1? However, it is NOT I believe a floch one, so what is it? I have the bible, and cannot pin it down (excuse pun)

It's magnetic and weighs 19.8 grms 3 piece construction, but something is bothering me. The hakenkreuz sits very low down in the frame

Any help would be appreciated guys, thanks

Thanks for the reply on the cross, but i dismissed it as an early RS for a number of reasons
There is no die flaw on the 12 o'clock bar
The date 1939 is all inline at the bottom
There are no "curls" on the 9's
The swastika does sit far below RS examples

However it does display the claw pattern to the corners, which i believe was very distinct to RS crosses
I agree that the hardware looks RS but there is something that doesn't seem right, and usually my first reaction is the right one
