IMO fake one

1-the rear nut is thinner
2-not have the characteristics of one Rudolf Souval (L/58)or one Carl Friedrich Zimmermann (l/52) EK1
3-I think the 800 stamped is out of topic
4-numbers 9 (1939) are very different
5-etc etc etc

members more experienced with EK1 in forum, you ,wait their Review.
