I think you have it's marked 15. Stewy
Both (15 & 75) look similiar, but here it is the "15" - so manufactured by Friedrich Orth, Wien (Vienna). You can compare them here: [15] Friedrich Orth, Wien - EK1 DNA

PS. MM "75" is also known for EK but on 2nd class only
Note the little raised "dink" on the frame that indicates the place to drill the hole for the suspension point of EKII class that Orth were known to do from the same die tool.
