I think you have it's marked 15. Stewy
Both (15 & 75) look similiar, but here it is the "15" - so manufactured by Friedrich Orth, Wien (Vienna). You can compare them here: [15] Friedrich Orth, Wien - EK1 DNA

PS. MM "75" is also known for EK but on 2nd class only
