Although not in my hands yet, this is the newest addition to my EK collection. I believe it is referred to as a 25 wide frame made by Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Graveur-Gold-und Silberschemiede-Innungen, Hanau.

Good looking cross Ralph, not sure why it's a wide frame?
It certainly doesn't look to have a wider than normal frame and not as wide as the '24's which are 'the' wide frame EK2s.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
Thanks Adrian!
That is the way it was described, I will take better photos and some measurements when it arrives.

Look forward to seeing the new pics Ralph and the description is a puzzler as these are not a wide frame cross. Maybe the seller got mixed up with the '24'.

Here are some more photos as promised. The seller does not specialise in EK's but does not sell anything but original items. Obviously he made a mistake in his description as this is not a wide frame. The frame measures 44.2 mm across and 43.9 mm top to bottom. Very close to the size of many of my other crosses. The only cross that has a noticable difference out of the 5 that I measured is a marked 93, which is about 1 full mm larger than any of the others.

The maker's mark.
The core has obviously been touched up sometime in the past.
