Eisernes Kreuz 2nd Class identification

I can't say for sure that this is a Floch, although the dates compare very well to this type of fake. For me the biggest giveaway is the Katze & Deyhle style '3' in the reverse date, but this isn't a K&D cross!

The core simply does not match any known original.
