IMO this is a goog W&H envelope and cross the frame 1 variant
because have a another frame type (so called early frame)
but this a standard frame ,W&H never marked mark the his crosses

had understood that each x kreuz made ,​​ was brand as a quality control
because W&H not doing brand?
