the price for cross 2 is $120. also is it true that the marked crossers such as 11,98,100 etc are worth more then unmarked ones?

Some marked crosses are worth more than others just as some unmarked are worth more than others. It depends on the maker, the desireability, condition and the rarity. There is no hard and fast rule on prices, just what the buyer is willing to pay.
Most EK2s fall within a price bracket, for example $50 - $150. Which price suits you is your decision.

is the Lauer '14 rarer then the 23?
since there basically the same price.
A Lauer is more desirable! Here is my example to compare

Yes, the Lauer is a rarer cross but the '23' is better in quality and looks. Six of one, half a dozen of the other.

would you say the ribbon on the second cross is good as well? am thinking of buying it instead of the first. do to it being more rare and still it's in good shape i think.
The ribbon is original on the second one and if it were my money, I would agree with your choice.
