Eisernes Kreuz id needed

I have had these 2 iron crosses for 20 years now they are magnetic and 3 piece there is cracks along the edge on both of them but there are no makers names or numbers on them I think they are original, any info will be appreciated.

The first cross is a good K&Q, but it seems to have a repainted core... Like Adrian says, better pics are needed please.

I think your right about the repainted core Nick ,should I clean it off, it should be a matt paint shouldn't it.

If it's been repainted I would leave it well alone. It was done for a reason so you might find the core is rusted or had missing paint in which case removing what's there will be detrimental.
