Hi all,

Just got this type 24 EKII - Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Hanauer Plaket-ten-hersteller. The 24 is only half stamped on the ring, but still looks good The ribbon is somewhat worn, but adds to the character.

Harry - well spotted, it looks that way. Doesn't seem to be everywhere and there's a few chips/scratches to bare metal so I wonder if it was painted quite some time back (or just badly)

Nice cross! My '24' has the same rough texture to the paint, IMO nothing to worry about.

Are there any extra markings on the suspension ring you can see?

I couldn't see any other marks on the ring, just the half stamped 24.

My '24' marked example with another "micro 24 mark" on the suspension ring. Sorry for the bad pics, these are the only ones I have on this computer.

and/or more desirable example?

Thanks Nick! It seems I had a brainfart - I looked at the loop rather than the suspension ring >_<

Mine has a very clear micro "24" on it
