Yes, a lug variant. There is no scrunch bead so that rules out Juncker and Wachtler & Lange.

The manufacturer is currently unknown. There is some theory it might be Paul Kuest but this is not confirmed, just circumstantial based upon a couple of crosses being found in packet marked for that maker.
The lug refers to the pieces of frame that extends above the top edge to which the suspension ring is attached. Also known as the 'hump'.
You can find this feature on Wachtler and Lange crosses and Juncker to name just two.

I'm not sure what you mean by a catalogue of the Iron Cross? There are publications dealing with this award and also much information here on the forum. If you have specific questions, please ask.
