It looks like a 'KO' to me, so I believe it is a Königliches Münzamt Orden, Berlin as posted in the list of WWI EKII makers that Adrian shared with us recently.
An Imperial KO marked ring on a TR EK2! Does the ribbon ring or suspension ring show any break or signs of resoldering? If you can post a full pic of the whole cross we can tell you the maker of it. Either way, they don't belong together.
In the meantime, here is a marked KO from 1914.......
