EK1: Maker? Real or not?

Hello everyone! A friend of mine wants to sell this EK1 to me and I was wondering if it's real or not.
If it is real what maker made it and what is a fair price for an example like this?

Yes, it is a real one - a nice early Deumer.
Not too up to date on the prices of these though, some of the other guys will help you on that.

A fair price for an unmarked cross in this condition between friends in my opinion would be no more than €150.
