EK1 Spange. Real or Fake?

Hi Chaps. I,ve had this in my collection for a little while now, but was wondering if it,s legit or not. Would appreciate your thoughts.

I think it looks great, but, i'm not sure it's legit. I've even had a couple of dealers who said it was ok. But is it?
Anyone else like to comment?

I am not that good at these types, but i have been around a lot of other medals, and the things i do not think are good is this: The eagle's head, the spange and the number 3. Mind you, i am not an expert so it is not 100 % sure, we will see what the others think.

I also have this one as well. This isn't marked either, but there are differences.

Hi Mark,
Unfortunately the pin back spange you posted is known as the 'raptor foot' fake. It is a well known copy and has been around for a number of years. The second, clamshell spange looks like a good Deumer.
