ek2 1939 spange on a 1914 ribbon

Someone offered me this 1939 spange on a 1914 ribbon, but he could not manage to make better pics with his phone. Can any of you guys see if it is a fake or original?

Straight on and clear photos are necessary to determine if this is an original EK II spange. I would NOT be willing to spend any money on this without better photos. There are many fakes.

I wouldn't be in a hurry to buy it either as it looks like a well known fake to me.
These are not my area, but I really don't like the larger gap between the head and the wing on the right hand side.....

€130 is NOT a good price IF it's a fake.

Thank you guys. I did not buy it because 2 pins were missing. And now I know it might be a fake I will not buy it at all.
