EK2 Franz Reischauer - why so expensive ??

Article about: I have noticed over the last few weeks on WAF that the humble '132' EK2 Franz Reischauer is commanding prices of 250 Euros !!! What has caused this surge in value? I bought my example for 80

    I have noticed over the last few weeks on WAF that the humble '132' EK2 Franz Reischauer is commanding prices of 250 Euros !!!

    What has caused this surge in value?

    I bought my example for 80 Euros a couple of years ago and they were easily available

    Even on dealer's websites, EKs that were going for 70-90 euro earlier this year seem to be all around 110-120 now.
