    Default EK2 - L/56 Funcke & Bruninghaus.

I managed to add another LDO marked EK2 to the collection, this time an L/56 - Funcke & Bruninghaus.
In nice condition and shows all the features associated with this maker in terms of the frame and core. You will notice a small flaw on the '3' in the 1813 date. The makers mark is faint but present on the reverse side on the ribbon ring. This is another maker whose EK2s have a hump for the suspension ring.

A very nice LDO addition! . Please make sure you and Sonny leave some LDOs for the rest of us

I like this maker, I have an EK1 L/56 and agree they have nice features.

I will have to see if the EK1 has the same flaw on the '3'

    Great catch Adrian, congrats

    Hi Fabri,
Are these any good? Did you mean the ribbon ring or suspension ring?

    Nick,
You'll be hard pushed to find a similar flaw on the 1813 date on an EK1!

Well done Adrian, in getting this cross. Yet another one I have to find.
Are there any LDO crosses left?

    regards John
