Godet Eisernes Kreuz with Wiederholungsspange
Although I have two examples of WHS already (a Prinzen and a normal size) I had been on the lookout for an Imperial EK2 with the WHS device on the ribbon.
Look no further says I, for I now have this lovely piece of militaria.
The EK2 is a Godet which makes this capture even more enjoyable.
Wasn't sure if this belonged in TR or Imperial section, sorry.

Super Godet and Wiederholungsspange Jamie. As others have already said this is a great combination and in great condition. Thanks for sharing it with us. I've yet to find a 1939 spange of either Prinzen or normal size and the Godet crosses are superb.

Anyone else concerned about the ribbon?
I've never seen an original ribbon with those white edge threads, but plenty of repros.

I did notice the ribbon. Quite honestly, I am not sure about it. I tried toby Danny70
zoom in on the edges to see if it was looped or knotted but I lost all definition
when i did. It's something I would need to see in-hand.
