having problem choosing an EK!

I have been planning to buy an EK2 for a while now and I cant choose one! Here are the 3 that intrest me the most:

1. This one is unmarked and magnetic....



2. This one is marked 65 and also magnetic:



3. Last but not least this one also magnetic but unmarked:



Wich one would you guys pick!?

Hi Larry. I like marked medals, but they usually cost a bit more. Either one of them
would be a good choice, as they are all in about the same condition.
( #3 is rather nice, if you want a 'mintier' looking one.........! )

Agreed, nice frosting on the third example. The marked K+Q would be a good starter though...

One things for sure Larry, you can bet whichever one you choose, it won't be your last!!! EK's can be highly addictive, and should probably come with a bank account warning...

I hate these arty farty angled shots, if you're selling a medal, just take a good front and back shot!

Dealer photo rant over.

The first looks like a Fritz Zimmermann, nice chunky beading and a nice looking cross with patina.

The second is a K&Q as we know, common to find and although a nice representitive piece, not as nice as the Zimmermann.

The third looks like a Brehmer, quite easy to find and often found with the frosting on the beading intact. Look at the sharp and deeply struck swastika and date. The black paint on the inner edges of the beading shows this maker took pride in their product and made a quality cross.

For me it would be a toss up between the Zimmermann or Brehmer. The choice is yours, both quality, one still has the factory fresh finish and the other a nice patina which adds character.

I would buy both........

I am kind of partial to 65's but, I say buy all three now and save yourself a lot of grief later!

Good choice mate but beware. They are really addictive my first thought was to buy only two.
First and second class but now i am stuck with 4 crosses.
