I don't mean to put a downer on things, but is there any chance that mark could be a '333'?
It looks like it to me, but I don't have access to my files at the moment to compare.

Is there a tiny chunk missing from the top right hand corner of the second '1' in the 1813 date?

What do you other guys think?

I agree with you on the makers mark. It does look like a '333', there is a chunk missing from the '1' as well but the frame pimple isn't there........?

Yes Adrian the dates seem to match. Here is a better pic of Werner's dates

The frame pimple was corrected on later versions of the 333 but the missing chunk from the 1 remained...
