Is it magnetic in the centre?
Is it made from 3 pieces ?

If so it's original

Good Deumer schinkel IMO. Can you add a photo of the reverse please?

Keep in mind that both fakes/originals can be found with (un)magnetic cores and although one piece construction in case of genuine crosses is very rare, they do exist.
