No3 is hard to tell from the blurred pics but possibly an S&L type.

I agree with Adrian on the Brehmer one of my favourite makers! The 23 has the identifying wide frame and lack of flairing to the arms.. correct me if I am way out Adrian

The dates are distinctive, I'm not 100% sure but I think these used Meybauer cores as well. I'll need to look it up though.
The easiest way to tell is by the die flaw, a 'split bead'. See below........
