Maybauer Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse, mm7

Hi guys, My latest aquisition This cased EK 1 made by Maybauer and marked 7 on the needle. It´s a bit salty with rust arround the edges of the core, and the catch is repaired (period made I believe), but I like the been there apperance never the less The box is in good condition, with a lid thats only curved at the front and back ! Is this a common design or...? What´s your oppinion on this set ??
