Very nice first cross! Recognizing the maker is a real art IMO; a specialty I don't possess.

if it has no maker mark on it it doesn't mean its fake it just means it will be harder to find who made it (k&Q it isn't then)

Nope, I believe it is a Klein & Quenzer.

Update your notes Tom! Early crosses were unmarked until around mid 1942 when the PKZ numbering system was introduced or March 1941 for the LdO marked pieces.
