What do you guys think about this screwback EK1? I have my doubts about it since it looks to be of single piece construction.

Looks OK to me but I can't make out the detail to judge single or 3 piece construction, a better close up is needed.

I think no, this one is non 3 piece construction, lower quality.. but sincerly I 'm not sure. Probably Daniel (Grueni) that knows well also the fakes can give a good answer.
