First one I don't know, the others: '23' (Meybauer core), '7' and '65'.

    Regards,
    Nick

Hi as Adrian told me once do you have any thing to prove it? So I went looking for lists, producer versions and eventually unmarked, here is the result:
1939 EK2 Master List - Wehrmacht-Awards.com Militaria Forums (this is just one out of many)
in other description is just told that 123 had 2 different markings but nowhere is refering to unmarked.
It can be a late production and there for unmarked, so far all details such like rounded frame corner are confirming it to be a 123 in bad shape.
    Thanks all!

I believe unmarked crosses would indicate earlier production. As a rough rule of thumb, markings were not imposed until a few years into the war and invariably some earlier produced pieces may not be marked, potentially some were but we know that when the laws came into place they were all supposed to be marked.
