I am looking to buy a original EK1, this is on a militaria website and should be authentic but after my first EK1 turned out to be fake i thought its best to check with you guys first.

I did look it up before hand, i thought this type of cross was supposed to be marked L/15 not L15.

Yes, this is a fake - that old search button is there to help out whenever you need it.
Out of interest, what site/dealer is it from?
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
