I have never heard of a Third Reich maker of that name. The seller most likely misread the makers mark.

Also Third Reich EK2s should only have number makers marks.

No its not I'm afraid. No such maker but I do recognise it. It looks Souvalesque but may be a 'Stuttgart Fake' Lets wait for the experts
