Yep your correct as i also believe it to be bad. Firstly the numbers on the front of the cross ("1939") are in the wrong style. In addition I am not familiar with the number on the back of the cross and I also think that this is a bad sign as it should contain a makers number and I do not think that there was a maker with the number 595.

I've never seen a needle-hook like that on an original EK1...And as previously mentioned, the 1939 is way off the mark from anything I've seen or have in my collection...

Thanks again everyone ,in the past i have bought some bayonets from this guys site with no problems at all,so i asked him to send some pics so i,m not sure if he knows or mabe he does , i will email him and say it,s a repro and see what happens,Paul.
