Had this for awhile and I just thought I would ask.

It's center should be made of iron. Is it magnetic ?
And can we see a close-up shot of the rim - supposed be made in two pieces.

Experts here will tell you who made it...............

The center is indeed magnetic and it is in two pieces but your going to have to take my word for it because my camera is a piece of junk

No, no markings but i've heard that no markings is nothing to worry about, because most weren't marked

Iron crosses are very tricky a lot of good fakes out there..if I was you I will also ask the experts at the WAM forum ,,,

The underside of the pin is maker marked sometimes.


Close up, I can see two separate pieces on the left arm
in the 3rd photo, which is correct, but someone with a lot more
knowledge will be along and tell you alot more......!

Hi Guys, Danny is correct.

Note the pin set up. Looks at the top of the pin which I have marked on his pic. Click on it to enlarge it. Note the slight cut out notch which is a "trademark" give away. Floch uses several different type of pin hardware. This particular one is known as the "B" type by EK collectors.

This man has made many many fake awards: EKI's and EKII's: War Merit Crosses 1st class and most campaign sheilds.
