    Hi Dimas,
This one is called the 'rounder' fake because of the round inner corners.

I do like the OdR (Ordensgemeinschaft der Ritterkreuzträger) stickpin in the first photo, very nice and hard to find! Don't know about the mini though...

    Best regards,
    Nick

Quite a few faults with this one , the Sawstika , the 800 , the Ose , but as stated it is also a rounder !!

Is this being sold as a set Dim ?

Sorry to be pedantic, but this is the so-called 'NEW Rounder'... the original Rounder fake was a much better looking copy than this.
Remember, the original rounder fake even had the experts fooled for quite some time. There is no way that anyone who has studied the RK would ever be fooled by one of these.

Unfortunately, many people were badly burned by the rounder fake and they have seemed to have disappeared from the market in the past few years - probably into collections. I am afraid the day will come when they start re-appearing and get sold on as the genuine article.

The fact that collectors are now calling the cross that opened this thread the 'rounder' is only going to cause more confusion, as that is the one people will see if they search using the term 'rounder'

Here's a 'proper' rounder - an excellent fake that has cost many collectors dearly.
    Study it.... and remember it!!

Isn't the "messiness" of the ribbing at the converging of the arms the biggest indicator of a fake guys?
Just looks a complete hodge-podge of lines to me - certainly if the EK1's & 2's were better than this then a RK should be crisp and orderly?
