Are you 100% sure? so its worthless garbage?

It's a very well known fake.......

Pattern on the case is wrong, wrong construction of the ribbon (no looped edges, plus the edges are white) and then the RK itself. There is no known original cross with rounded inner corners like that, the dates do not match any known original either.
