Re: Ritterkreuz ... "Juncker Lazy 2" FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is true, why spend out on a COA when the cross is original and will stand up to any scrutiny by a knowledgable collector or potential future buyer? You have it confirmed publicly on two different forums and by several different people, one of whom is Dietrich.
How much does a COA cost?
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

I agree 100%.
IMO far too much emphasis is placed on these so-called COA's.
I have seen many, many fakes that were accompanied by COA's from "respected" dealers, and have been derided for pointing them out - "...but it comes with a COA from XXXX, so it cannot be a fake..."
This is in NO WAY a slur again Dietrich, whom I have utmost respect for, but if the item in question stands up with other known originals (as your RK does), then there is absolutely no need for anyones COA.
Enjoy your cross - you know it's a good one (and so do all of us!!)
Regards - Danny
P.S.
These remind me of Detlev's 'guarantee of authenticity' - at one time they were the ultimate accessory to any item (and increased the value), but what are they now that he has left the business? ..just worthless pieces of paper with some nice pictures.

Indeed, forget the C.O.A. Spend the money on a bottle of champagne instead, to toast your new arrival!

A coa is $250.. it's 7-8 pages.. pictures and a full write up.. I have read one before and it's quite impressive.. I'm sending him another piece for a look see... so this is going as well.
I only posted it on the other forum yesterday cause you got me concerned for a moment
