This is one item I am seriously considering slowing down picking up bits and pieces over the coming year or so and saving up for. But first I want to get some good reference materials and really study.
What an item to have in a collection!!!

My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

Sorry....925 is the modern era stamp for Sterling silver-a silver grade that was very seldom seen or used in Continental Europe until after the war. Most RK's were made of 800 silver, with Steinhauer & Lück making some with 935, but 925? Nope...

William is right: "925" stamp was never used on original Ritterkreuz
