It looks ok to my untrained eye but perhaps some of the others can add their thoughts too.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

It's DEUMER.
Do a search on the forum and compare to Ralph's (rbminis) L/11 marked Spange. It looks like a very good match.
