I wouldn't trust anything from Gottlieb.
My opinion is that he is a beady eyed, vertically challenged, morally deficient, sad sack of excrement. That would be on a good day for him.
If my English is hard to understand let me put it this way. Don't trust anything he has for sale.
You might try the dealers that sponsor our forum. You can trust them and they guarantee the originality of the items that they sell with a return if it is not right.

I've never dealt with him personally, but from what I've heard, Gottlieb does issue refunds. I wouldn't buy from him on principle, but if you know what you're buying or ask questions beforehand, then it is probably safe. That said, I wouldn't trust him half as far as I could throw him, which is actually pretty far.

Massimo, I have never heard of Souval using cores from other manufacturers, can you show some evidence please or explain why you think this?

This is a marked '27' EK2. The core is very different from a Souval and I have never heard of any other manufacturers cores being used by Souval.
