Here's the biographical- and service history the paybook tells us (I've left out the purely administrative entries on payment matters, issued kit etc.):

Günter Müller, born on 11 August 1925 in Klein Mochbern, county of Breslau as the son of Johannes Müller. Of protestant faith. Single. Occupation: student. Place of residence: Breslau.
Physical description:
1.87 meters tall, of slim figure, oval-shaped face, dark blond hair, dark brown eyes, scar on the left hand.

Awards and decorations:
12 March 1945 - Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz [Wound Badge in Black], awarded for the aforementioned wound at the Heidenheim hospital.
On home leave to Breslau from 20 Dec. 1943 to 4 Jan. 1944 and from 23 July 1944 to 7 August 1944.
