I checked the internet, I found some similar of that type, a couple of them. Most of the documents for Ostmedaille recipients look different. I would be leaning towards, that this one is not genuine.

Hah, so it seems that part of me was right. I did found out, that it is a Sanitär Unteroffizier, from a Stalag 391 (most likely). Located somewhere in Denmark, opened on 09/1943, and closed on 12/1943.
