This was issued by the 2nd Company of Grenadier Regiment 726 in its local billets on 23 October 1943 and signed by the Oberleutnant-ranked Company Commander.
It is the confirmation that no punishments were administered against Gefreiter Günter Sielemann by the Company.

The last service records in Gefreiter Günter Sielemann's I.D. are in the Fall of 1943. I suspect he did not fare well in France most likely Normandy in the summer of 1944.
