I reached in these days this SS Ausweis I never seen before, do you know it?

Is it original ausweis or not?

a bit doubtful,theres no rust on the photo staples.

I believe this is an original...Very scarce too, the SS Ethnic-German Bureau in occupied Soviet Union...

I agree, I think it is good.
Lack of rust means nothing! Most of my original doccuments that have staples do not have rust.

The top staple is very dark and the lower staple does indeed appear to have patina at least. My eyes are instead drawn to the 'spotted' nature of the photo itself. Perhaps indicative of a modern printer?

I don't like the spots in the photo either. It looks especially bad under magnification. It would not be for me.

The spots are also visible on the white photo surround. Perhaps a textured photo paper?
Look at the overlapping eagles wing on the top stamp.

Noted, and yet the spots only appear to go halfway down the photo....curious, and worrying at the same time.
