It looks "OK" to me? It is filled out correctly. However, big a point of concern would be the wear. The book purports to be issued in 1940. ID photos were not affixed until 1943. This book does not exhibit three years of wear.

Personally, I have to say that I'm not liking it alot. The cover and pages look awfully new-ish for having been issued early on in 1940.

In addition to the above points, it is issued in May 1940 by SS-Pz.Gren.Ausb.u.Ers.Btl 12 but the Waffen-SS (or the Heer for that matter) never had Panzergrenadiers until around 1942. Prior to that they were Infanterie-Regiment (mot.) or Schützen Regiments.

And on top of all that: As so often, the fakers didn't quite get their spelling right: Note that the word "Personalbeschreibung" is missing the first "b".
You were right to be suspicious but the fakers are trying harder !!
