No; it's von Sehlen.

I found him. It looks like Walter did survive the war and lived a long full life. He passed away in 2010.

The lower signature on Page 22 is that of Günter Hilgenstock who was killed while commanding II/SS-Pz.Rgt 9 on 22nd January 1945 at Bocholz.
