Is that the second item on page 4 from 1938-1939?
all of above was his work for the Luft Gau commando XI for Hannover.
This may all be for the 1938 entry, maybe the RAD official put it above the 1938 date to juggle space. You figure that out.
Gau is high up, the Gau had Kreis and then Ort below it, as you know.
