I pulled this little gem out , and unfortunately I cannot make out the recipients name or other info on his looks like he was awarded his badge 28.6.39 #790775 test accomplishments 11.6.36.
The guys name look to me like Tromier or Jromier Weruer he was criminal secretary born in 15 of May 1894!
I appreciate it! Sometimes I can read the writing other times not so well
His first name is Werner.
It's very lovely writing. However, very difficult for me to decipher
possibly Tronmier, but I struggle to read German handwriting as well.
