Re: Wehrpass - Luftwaffe translation and how to valuate?
The (ETr) part of Lei-Flak-Abt 1001 means Eisenbahntruppen which indicates that the flak guns were fitted onto railway flatbeds but as mentioned, I have no idea what role they had with V-Weapons. It may well be that they had none whatsoever and the SB remains an 80 Euros one, but if he was serving with Flak-Rgt 155 then it will make it more interesting. However, that said I see no entries indicating Flak-Rgt 155 (no stamps, pay entries etc) other then the one on Page 17 which indicates where Lei.Flak-Abt 1001 came from.
And with regards to awards - I can now make out an EK II, and possibly an Ost Medal, ribbon on the Soldbuch photo. And looking at the Stamps on the Leave pages he was with Flakart-Abt 7 before Lei.Flak.Abt 1001 (ETr) but only for a month or so.

Re: Wehrpass - Luftwaffe translation and how to valuate?
Sorry to say that this soldier has no link to the V-Weapons. He served with Flak-Rgt 51 from 1939 to 1942 before moving onto another unit (hard to read) for 5 months. Then in early 1943 he served with Artillerie-Rgt 9 (L) of 9 Feld-Division (L) which fought with Armeegruppe Nord. Then in October 1943 he went to Flak-Rgt 2 and while with that unit he suffered from tonsillitis from 16th April to 20th May 1944. Recovering from that he went to schw.Flakersatzabteilung 7 and from there he went to Lei.Flak-Abt 1001 (ETr) with whom he probably finished the war/was captured.
As for his awards, I'd say that the Ost Medal & EK II entries are ok. The entry for the Luftwaffe Flak Badge is probably ok but I am not 100% sure of the EK I entry. All in all I would say that this Soldbuch is worth around 120 Euros.
