    I want to show u guy the face of this soldiers... The patrol´s soldiers are/was in November 42 in Austria.

    No awards in 1942 these boys haven't seen much action !!
    The gates of hell were opened and we accepted the invitation to enter" 26/880 Lance Sgt, Edward Dyke. 26th Bn Northumberland Fusiliers , ( 3rd Tyneside Irish )

    f...k.... Ididn´t think about that. You are right about the "missing" awards on this picture... mmmmm

    I really think I hv TO ASK again about the pic the friend who gave it to me...

    Got no sense... 1942 and no awards for anyone... (That would be something, don´t you think?) LOL

    I think this is NOT a ´42 picture after all...

    Damm. I´ll hv some answers in a couple days, for sure.

    by the way... I´m buying this picture tomorrow from the another guy. I think it´s a great "non action" piece.

    It´s an Theatre playing in the Westwall. I don´t know the year yet, but I love the scheme.

    yes... I did see this guy writing... what would be typeing, ugh?

    It could be names for a dead list or maybe they was asking the girl for the chicken´s soap list, LOL (we´ll never know)

    Like I told you before, I LUV this pic.
    There is a famous scene from Dads Army when they are guarding a captured U boat crew and their commander keeps a list for when the Germans win the war and threatens to put peoples names in it if they upset him. Indeed a list for who wants what for lunch, also a scene in Dads Army. "I don't want none of your soggy chips, I want mine crisp und light brown" also by the U boat commander.
