My usual advice applies: blacklight and examine under a strong eye glass. I would give it a cautious "ok" so far.
BTW I changed your thread title: these guys were Walloons from the French speaking south and would not take kindly to being called Flemish!

Like Ade said you have to check it under a loupe because these are easy to scan and reproduce with a printer.
