Firstly, I agree that this piece appears to have some concerns, and they are well highlighted above. Secondly, I would raise a question over this "brothers" story. I know that family members don't always look alike, but these two gents have no characteristics in common. Their bone structure and facial features, not to mention the ears...just fail to match up. It is not conclusive, but when added to the numerous other concerns, it would be enough for me to leave this example well alone.

p.s. A note about the use of the U.V. light - many fakers use a spray which can nullify the U.V. lights, to mask the modern paper's glow. However, peeling back just a little of the edge of an example can be enough to separate a layer of the paper inside. Then, simply try the light again on the revealed edge.

Good Evening
I tested this photo with the UV light and also compared with one I brought from someone I trust and the dodgey photo glows like a firework and I can see the light through the photo
